Middle School Students 13-14/W Parent Consent High School Student Success( 15- 18/w parent consent)- College Students 18+ with ID College Student Success Are you stressed out? Are you overextended? Are you concerned about your self worth? How is your sleeping and self-care? Are you able to say “NO” to your peers? Do you have an issue setting boundaries with family and friends? Are you having trouble adjusting to College life? Are you struggling academically and don’t want anyone to know? Need something Catchy- -Balance( Time Management, Relationships, Responsibility) -Regulating Emotions( Thoughts) -Obstacles( Outside and Inside the classroom) -Academic Skills -Non Academic Skills -Self discipline -Resilience and Perseverance Includes: -Initial Meeting- Discuss Background, Assessment, Goal Clarification, and your “WHY” -Assessment/Data collection -Weekly live Zoom Sessions or In Person Sessions (60 minutes) -Telephone/Email availability - Accountability Tracking

Cancelation Policy

We are dedicated to providing the best coaching service to our clients. However, if you find that coaching with Ashnah Transformational Coaching is not the right fit for you, and you have paid for a coaching package, we will refund 100% of the remaining, unused sessions. No questions asked! We cannot however refund you for any used sessions. This is the only time we are able to offer refunds. Any scheduled sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to qualify for a refund. We appreciate your feedback. So if there are any ways you feel we can improve our service, please let us know!
