How do I connect with my coach via video?

 

We utilize Zoom, Duo, Skype for video conferencing sessions. Any webcam enabled laptop, tablet, or mobile device will be acceptable. 

 

How will I benefit from TeleCoaching?

 

Your coach will assist you to achieve a higher level of well-being and performance in life and work, and can be a strong support particularly when change is hard. Coaches can keep you accountable and help you maintain focus and motivation. Your personal session will be tailored to your interests and needs.
